Giving Fuel is easy to use and easy to set up. When I have needed help, their customer service has been great. I've worked the most with Caitlynn. Our setup is a bit unique due to how we are organized, so my questions were not the normal ones. Caitlynn is clearly experienced in the product. She understood my questions and what was behind them, and she was able to help me find solutions to all of them. There were 2 times she needed to reach out to her team to do a deeper dive, and I had answers within 30-60 minutes which was fast. We are very grateful for all of the help! It took me a bit to understand what options I had to put onto a page (like a line item) and how to best utilize actions to get the behaviors on the page that I needed. We have a more intuitive giving page that is modern, customizable, and easy to use. Even in the setup we are realizing how much more potential we have with Giving Fuel than in our previous option. Some of the export features are still a little inconsistent so it took longer than expected to figure them out. but we now have a workable system to share GF info with our internal systems.
