What do you like best about GiveWP?

We love Give WP and it's really helped increase revenue by 40%! The end platform is user-friendly for donors and the reporting features are intuitive and amazing! "Easy to Setup to Start Collecting Donations Quickly"

What do you like best about GiveWP?

When I set up GiveWP on my first client site I was shocked how easy it was. I did not have to look at a single tutorial or contact support to get it going. Once I got started and really wanted to take advantage of customization offerings I did contact support and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Michelle even scheduled a zoom meeting with me to walk me through aspects of the tool to make sure I fully understood.

I really appreciate tools that I can get going and then my clients have all the power in their hands. GiveWP gives me that option. Clients rarely come to me with issues which makes my life so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GiveWP?

What do you like best about GiveWP?

What do you like best about GiveWP?

There are 2 things that really make GiveWP awesome: 1) Features and 2) Support. The Features are basically everything you could ask for in a fundraising plugin, and then some. The plugin is very easy to use, even for beginners and has lots of customization for the more advanced users. The team is also working on bringing new features all the time, and really involved the community in how the roadmap should look. The Support is also top notch. They are quick, smart, and explain things well. Even when it's not a giveWP issue per se, they usually have the answer and are helpful, quick, and professional. What do you dislike about GiveWP?

I have few complaints about the plugins. I do wish some minor features were improved, especially with the currency converter. It doesn't work with authorize.net, the settings are not super clear, and I've seen it cause a few plugin conflicts. I also really wish the additional form fields would be conditional based on other fields on the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GiveWP:

Make sure you are using GiveWP with someone who knows how to use it. Your fundraisers will never be the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GiveWP solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you want to fundraise, you generally have to use a prebuilt tool like gofundme. These are not ideal as they don't run on your website, and you lose tracking, customization, and identity. We used GiveWP to create donation pages that work for us, the way we want them to, and look the way we want them to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much Jonathan! Features and Support are super important to us because we know they are important to our customers like YOU.

We just recently pushed out an important release to Currency Switcher, please test that out, it should resolve a lot of what you're describing.

We're also building out conditional display of fields now! It will be included in our next release of Form Field Manager.

"Perfect for our Non-profit!"

What do you like best about GiveWP?

My non-profit loves GiveWp and all its capabilities. It works seemlessly with our wordpress site, designed with Divi. The update in 2021 to allow GiveWP as part of the Divi builder was amazing. Now I can easily setup fundraising pages for all our programs. We especially love the ad-ons Double the Donation, Form Countdown and Fee Recovery. Each of the premium add-ons has helped us raise more money in 2021, than years previous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GiveWP?

Having to build our fundraising leaderboard with totals and teams in the past was cumbersome and took a lot of work. However, I am excited for the new program being launched very soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
