Unless you know CSS, you're stuck with their design scheme. On the one hand, their stock design is beautiful. On the other, it doesn't match with all brands. Because it uses shortcode, there's no real drag and drop designing. That said, I created pop-ups, pages, and page segments using their design and was surprised at how nice it looked. I wouldn't say I dislike this product.; WordPress plugins related to payment gateways can be a little tricky. While a technical program manager and UI designer in the past, I sometimes have a tough time finding the right solution to some of the issues we sometimes run into. The ease of use with creating donor forms is quite perfect, and the experience for our donors are seamless. Donors can create accounts to see donation history and the GiveWP fundraising platform automates receipts and acknowledgments! It also integrates with email CRMs and systems like MailChimp, ConstantContact, and, of course, directly plugins-in to WordPress (a system that powers 39% of the top 10 million websites in the world). It also integrates Analytics so that I have a real-time dashboard--accessible to all stakeholders to view with ease--as well as automated reporting, features for donor contact notes, and more.
