GiveWP has many excellent features that provide an excellent user experience for donors and also help admins manage donations. The support from Matheus, Rick, Alex, Stephanie, Ben, and Amie is excellent, fast, and super high quality. They always understand my request and provide tremendous help sometimes including videos to show how and why something works the way it does and they have clearly thought carefully about how they have developed this plugin. I love the capacity to create different funds that donors can donate to, the donor wall, the donor dashboard (which is really great for donors), and the add on for tracking funds raised by others (peer to peer) and attributing those funds to them. The interface is good, but not great in Word Press and there are not a lot of design options. Also, the word donation pops up in a lot of places and it wasn't very easy to change that wording. My web designer and developer suggested placing the informative reports/graphs as the first thing you see when you click in to make changes in Word Press. They seemed open to adjusting that.
