Searching for donors and creating groups based on their demographics or habits is fairly simple and easy to use. Their tech support chat is always very pleasant and helpful. Their layouts are not attractive and you have to resize all of your photos to fit their recommended sizes or else they get warped when the end user receives the email. Their analytics for email are clunky and not user-friendly. I understand that they are mainly a donor database/CRM. Giveffect has four systems within one software: Online Giving and Offline Gift Tracking System, Events, Fundraising and Friends Asking Friends System, Volunteer Scheduling and Management System, and Full Relationship Management Database.
