What do you like best about Givecloud?

I like that it integrates with DonorPerfect and it has a great, contemporary overlay interface that is mobile-friendly and simple for our donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration for donors opting into marketing emails does not seem to work with DonorPerfect and we have to manually add them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Givecloud?

I love GiveCloud's support chat function! Reps are quick to respond and generally pretty knowledgable, and if they aren't aware of how to fix your issue, they know who to ask to get the solution.

I also enjoy the flexibility of the webpage design tools they offer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givecloud?

GiveCloud somewhat recently revamped their back end CMS, and I find it to be more difficult to navigate. It doesn't feel well organized in the left sidebar navigation, so I find myself having to click around a lot to find what I'm looking for.

I also wish GiveCloud allowed users to send out test emails within their Automated email function. We have to submit test donations in order to make sure formatting looks good in automated emails (like order confirmation emails) and then refund ourselves for the donation, which is a hassle.
