The supporters doesn't have custom fields, what I’d like to see improved is the ability to add more fields or custom fields for supporters. GiveCloud has revolutionized the way we manage and keep track of our sponsored students in Uganda. The timeline feature allows us to have an easily accessible historical record of photos, videos, letters and grade reports for each child. We have several co-sponsors (meaning two or more sponsors are linked to one child) and I wish there was a way to separate out correspondence so that both do not have to see all updates. Sponsors have also requested a way to communicate back to their student through the platform (sending their own letters/photo/video updates), but this feature is still not available. I'm a DonorPerfect user but their donation pages are dated and not well optimized. However GiveCloud integrates well with them, has many tuning options, tips, and a modern UI for conversion optimized donations. It's really easy to put together a custom flow and install it on our website or link directly to it. It's our primary donation flow that gets used by donors every week.
