Givecloud is easy to use and the trainings we had at the beginning were very helpful! Givecloud staff are extremely helpful and responsive. We love the membership portal and how easy it is to use and integrate our events into the system. Our staff uses Givecloud everyday to check our membership database for lapsed and new members, view event registrations, and to send out automated communications to our non-profit donors. What do you dislike about Givecloud? Whenever I update a donor's profile, I have to remember to select "Save & Update to DonorPerfect" instead of just "Save". I've previously felt like a "test kitchen" for new functions wherein I have to troubleshoot and feel frustration on my own (with only basic HTML knowledge or experience) to create a custom webpage.
