Reps are quick to respond and generally pretty knowledgable, and if they aren't aware of how to fix your issue, they know who to ask to get the solution. GiveCloud somewhat recently revamped their back end CMS, and I find it to be more difficult to navigate. It doesn't feel well organized in the left sidebar navigation, so I find myself having to click around a lot to find what I'm looking for. I also wish GiveCloud allowed users to send out test emails within their Automated email function. We have to submit test donations in order to make sure formatting looks good in automated emails (like order confirmation emails) and then refund ourselves for the donation, which is a hassle. Our nonprofit website does not currently have an e-commerce function, so GiveCloud resolves that problem for us. It provides us with a way to collect donations and facilitate merchandise purchases, all in a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing way!
