Givecloud staff are extremely helpful and responsive. We love the membership portal and how easy it is to use and integrate our events into the system. Our staff uses Givecloud everyday to check our membership database for lapsed and new members, view event registrations, and to send out automated communications to our non-profit donors. We love the ease of implementing carefully curated donation pop-ups, too. This has increased our frequency of donations and the amount. **What do you dislike about Givecloud?** Whenever I update a donor's profile, I have to remember to select "Save & Update to DonorPerfect" instead of just "Save". I wish that Givecloud automtaically updated DP, so that I didn't have to do that extra step. **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Developing a Trustee Directory whereby members can look up short bios of our Board of Trustees with links to their LinkedIn, etc. Purchasing event tickets in an easier way which backs up to Donor Perfect. ### 2. Very user friendly. This saves loads of time when donations are made online having them automatically entered in to our donor base for receipting. As well, the new feature of having community fundraising has been a welcome addition. **What do you dislike about Givecloud?** I don't currently have any complaints about GiveCloud **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most charities will have a platform to handle online donations seperate from their donor database. Givecloud has implemented synching with donor perfect, which saves us a lot of time handling the admin work of entering donations made online. ### 3. You must individually click into each profile to edit. **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an interface to have sponsors select children and sponsor them for Christmas. Givecloud allowed us to hide certain info regarding the childrens' identities but we were still able to access that information in the background. ### 4. They are accessible, responsive and friendly. **What do you dislike about Givecloud?** I've previously felt like a "test kitchen" for new functions wherein I have to troubleshoot and feel frustration on my own (with only basic HTML knowledge or experience) to create a custom webpage. This amount to a lot of trial and error, which is time consuming. But again, I've found the GiveCloud tech team is responsive when a client needs help. **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** GiveCloud provides an easy point of sale for our nonprofit's shop items and also fundraising programs/"products," including seasonal campaigns and also short-term promotions like for holidays. ### 6. Their support staff, accessible through their chat feature on the website, is very efficient. **What do you dislike about Givecloud?** The coding can be a little tricky to understand. However, the support staff are very helpful when ever you run into an issue. They are quick to make the needed changes and teach you where the issue came from so you're prepared for next time. **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Givecloud is our main donation portal allowing donors to create and manage their own profiles. We are also able to log in "as the donor" to update things as well, with their premission. ### 13. It comes with customizable widgets and checkout forms that we can quickly use and we don't have to spend time developing our own way of accepting payment. **What do you dislike about Givecloud?** I think it would be a lot better if we are able to accept more payment methods. Especially, if we can start accepting ewallet from many other countries as a payment method, that would be perfect. **What problems is Givecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Givecloud to integrate with our websites, and use it in our social awareness webpages to accept donation from visitors.
