GiveCard is a payments platform for organizations that disburse money to the end consumers they serve. GiveCard handles use cases like stipends, incentives, rewards, cashback, expense cards, financial assistance, compensation, reimbursements, and other cases that are not standard payroll. GiveCard issues reloadable physical and virtual Visa prepaid cards and also offers capability for ACH, RTP, and FedNow bank transfers, with spend rules, recipient intake, workflows, reporting, and is available via a web-based dashboard as well as via a plug-and-play API for teams to embed into your own software or product. Software companies use the GiveCard API suite to issue cards and send payouts from their own product, show cards inside their app in iframes, and get transaction-level spend data by webhook in real time. Spend rules allow or block spending by merchant category code, by specific merchant, or down to individual items in a purchase, with spending limits by day, week, month, or transaction. Recipients can get access to funds within seconds, can add virtual cards to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and do not need a bank account to receive and use a GiveCard. GiveCard handles cardholder support directly, including lost or stolen cards, unrecognized transactions, fraud, and disputes, by phone and email seven days a week. Cards, recipient emails, and the cardholder portal can carry custom branding. Setup takes two to five days on the no-code portal or one to two weeks for a full API integration. GiveCard offers a 1099 Tax Compliance Suite that automates W-9 collection, 1099 creation, and e-filing.
