I think the simplicity of Givebutter is great, and I love that there are no fees involved. For us, not having to pay for expensive CRM systems is a big plus because everything we need is already there. We can run multiple campaigns and a bunch of different activities. Everything about Givebutter is easy. We just had our first fundraising event and the set up, tracking, and follow up were so straightforward. I love the fact that Givebutter is really easy to use and that their team is super responsive whenever there's an issue. They're continuously improving the platform and adding new features. Givebutter accepts donations from all sorts of sources, from Venmo to DafPay and everything in between. Because we are a small and poor nonprofitall, we absolutely love that Givebutter is 100% fee free, has all in 1 tools, easy to implement, has great customer service and is easy to navigate. Most important, unlike PayPal, GiveButter allows for donors to make recurring donations withougt having to create an account and that issue was the main reason why we decided to seek an alternative to PayPal. Although the tipping prompts can be pesky and annoying, we don't mind them because the service is free and because they aren't super annoying. What others meay see as a con (the lack of deep CRM integrations, advanced reporting, and customization), those features aren't a limitation for us as we don't need or use them. I love that it is providing a free and comprehensive service to non-profits, making raising money so much easier. I first use Givebutter for a personal fundraiser and was blown away by how easy it was to use the virtual auction software. We raised over $5,000 that day and I still talk about Givebutter and how it was a big reason for the success in that fundraiser. There isn't much I don't like about Givebutter, if I had to as something, I'd say that the email UX can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with it. I've had clients hire me just to put emails in for them, and, as much as I like the business, I feel bad for these non-profits who are spending their hard-earned money for something so simple.
