"Simple, Budget-Friendly Fundraising with Great DAF Integration and Embed Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

GiveLively is a great tool for nonprofits with low budgets who are just beginning to ramp up their giving campaigns. GiveLively's tools and UI is super simple, with everything easy to find. I like the fact that you can create and link together campaigns and events to make sure that no funding or lead gets lost. I do also love the DAF integration! And the different embed options. What do you dislike about Give Lively?

I don't like that you can't manage donors in the app. Like, I can pull a report but then have to manually segment, etc., into another donor software either with a spreadsheet or through zapier to do any of the donor retention. I wish we could do that piece in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Give Lively Makes Fundraising Easy for Small Nonprofits"
5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively has been an incredibly valuable tool to my org. As a small nonprofit, our personnel, time, and resources are very limited. Give Lively helps us make fundraising easy and accessible. Making campaign pages is a simple process, the ticket builder feature is awesome, and we love the text-to-donate code feature. They're always working to develop new tools to make our work easier and more efficient - a true game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Intuitive"
5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively has a very user-friendly website. It's simple to arrange and organize individual campaigns and track progress. I'm not sure if all fundraising platforms allow organizers to create giving levels, but it's a feature I really appreciate within Give Lively. Data gathering and reports is also very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

We temporarily moved away from Give Lively to use our banking platform, as it mandated the donor cover transaction fees (we've since moved back to Give Lively for donations). Give Lively offers the option to cover fees to the donor, but it's just as easy for them to ignore the request, meaning our organization will then have to cover those fees. As a donor, myself, I do appreciate being given the option to cover fees or not, so maybe a middle ground would be for Give Lively to already have the toggle set to cover fees, and the donor would have to toggle off the option if they don't want the added expense. More donors may opt to cover the fee if that is the set-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Cost-effective, and Reliable Salesforce NPSP Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

The interface is easy to navigate and understand, the pricing can't be beat, and the customer support is efficient, even having to go through the AI bot first. It integrates well with Salesforce NPSP, and the peer to peer fundraising and team fundraising are easy to use and easily trainable when rolling out to large groups. We've experienced no downtime, and the backend of the website has always been reliable since we've switched over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

Give Lively is kind of bare-bones. There is not a lot of customization available and you are limited to the built-in template for donation forms. For team and peer to peer fundraisers, you need customer support to move donations or move people from one team to another. Event ticketing is also bare bones as you are limited to only one custom question. The AI support is helpful, but if it cannot answer your question(s), you have to wait for human to review your issue and get back to you, usually via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Ticketing That Modernized Our Nonprofit Events"
5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

It's user friendly, and has allowed me to bring our outdated ticket system of event with our nonprofit to the new digital age. Collecting information, easy transactions, and simply easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

I wish there we're more custom attributes to collect information about the consumer, so our non-profit can reengage them for the next event. Also more customization withe colors and image/videos in event pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Handy Features, But Tip Transparency and Stripe Reporting Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively is simple to set up and is user-friendly for donors. We have been able to take advantage of additional features such as text-to-give codes and a campaign progress tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

It is not very obvious that the tips they ask for go to the platform and not our organization. Some of our donors believed the tip was part of the fees they were covering for us. When donors do tip, the back end reporting on Stripe gets very messy because the whole thing is processed through our account and it makes it look like a fee that was charged to us. "Fun Live Ticker and Peer Fundraising, But Text-to-Donate Reliability and Fees Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

I love the live ticker you can use at events—it encourages giving and is really fun to watch in real time. I also like the peer fundraising feature, which lets others rally their own networks to donate. GiveLively makes giving easy, especially with the text-to-donate option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

The text-to-donate option didn’t work for Verizon customers during our fundraising event. I also had several donors mention the steep fees associated with the platform, which was frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Polished, and Seamless for our Tiny Nonprofit"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

I like the simplicity of its most basic functions: I feel like I can quickly access the information I need without having to have a depth of familiarity, while knowing that when I have time and capacity, I can utilize its more complex functions. It was quick to set up and integrates easily into our website, creating a refined end user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

Some features of running campaigns is not intuitive and several times I've had to search (or Google) for the next step or clarification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Campaigns and Reporting That Deliver Functional Results"
2/5
What do you like best about Give Lively?

The different customizable campaigns, text to give, and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Give Lively?

I don't like the disconnect between GiveLively and Stripe in reporting insights. I wish I could clearly see the full scope of fees removed from the gross donation (GiveLively/Stripe) in either platform, but it requires checking both. Further, the donations are bundled together into disparate payouts, so the ultimate categorization is quite jumbled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
