I've used the service for such a short time. **Recommendations to others considering Giosg:** Ease of use is a big plus **What problems is Giosg solving and how is that benefiting you?** The chat service has significantly improved our online store, and both our customers and staff have enjoyed using it. ### 2. So far it is good. It will send daily report about statistics in all the websites that had been added in my giosg account. Overall, it has very simple user interface, and for me it works well. I can maintain several domain in this one account. This tool also provide some features for me to customize the chat box for my website.
