Gilbert is a sovereign French AI meeting assistant that turns every conversation — in-person meetings, video calls, phone calls, or field visits — into a ready-to-send deliverable: structured summary, traced decisions, assigned action items and deadlines. Unlike bot-based note takers, Gilbert never joins your call. One click or a keyboard shortcut starts capture in the background on desktop, mobile or web — no plugin, no bot in the participant list, no friction. It works the same on Teams, Meet and Zoom as it does around a physical table. Gilbert runs on proprietary models trained in-house for French, reaching 98.2% accuracy and natively recognising industry vocabulary — corporate law, financial analysis, technical architecture, real estate, consulting. Each user can add up to 100 custom terms (acronyms, proper nouns, internal jargon) through the Dictionary feature. Every exchange is sealed into the Vault, a searchable knowledge base you can query in natural language. Reports export in one click to Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Teams, Gmail or Jira, to 5,000+ apps via Zapier, and through an open REST API and MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral and Gemini. On sovereignty: 100% hosted in France, processed by Gilbert's own models, never used to train third-party AI.
