We have integrated SMC ( SAP Marketing cloud) with Gigya and it offers near real-time permission-based customer profiling **What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?** SAP Gigya offers many integration options which is a nice thing but it also means that the product can become pretty complex to manage. And in order to make full use of the product, it has to be integrated with other applications. **What problems is Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** For one one of the e-commerce websites, we wanted to sync the customers with SAP Marketing Cloud.
