GigXchange is the UK's first peer-to-peer live music marketplace. It connects artists, venues, agents, and promoters in one platform — replacing emails, verbal agreements, and cash payments with built-in contracts, Stripe escrow payments, real-time messaging, and two-way reviews. Any user type can initiate an engagement. Fees are shown upfront on every listing. Every booking generates an automatic digital contract. Payments are held securely via Stripe and released when the gig is complete. Built solo by a gigging musician (rock and metal since 2009) who got frustrated with how broken the booking process is. Currently in Open Alpha with free access for the first 250 musicians and 250 venues across the UK.
