**What do you like best about Gigs?**

I used a travel eSIM powered by Gigs on my trip to Mexico in February 2026. I found it really easy to select the SIM I needed, add my details and make the payment. The eSIM was very quick and straightforward to install. The connectivity was excellent: I had 4G coverage wherever I went, and was even able to hotspot without issues. I particularly liked that the eSIM had global coverage, so I could enter other countries on the same trip without needing to change my data package. Overall, it was a super smooth and worry-free experience. I wish more eSIMs were like this!

**What do you dislike about Gigs?**

Nothing, everything was great and worked exactly as expected!

**What problems is Gigs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gigs offers eSIMs with global reception, which means you can travel across different countries while always staying connected to the same prepaid data plan.

**What do you like best about Gigs?**

I really like how easy the installation process is. Installing an e-sim is super simple, even on slow Wi‑Fi when you’re scrambling and stressed in a foreign airport. It’s well priced and performs just as well as the leading telcos in the countries I’ve visited.

**What do you dislike about Gigs?**

I have not had a bad experience yet. I wish there was more coverage in certain places (like Ethiopia)

**What problems is Gigs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who travels a lot for work and family, it's super easy for me to setup with Gigs and move around. It's nice to not to have to think about it, whether I'm going to South Africa or Switzerland or Canada, I have a seamless and consistent way to get connected
