Animation delivered **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Darren N. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026 **What do you like best about Gigged AI?** Simple to use, support through Ai feature made it quicker to thrash out scope and talented individuals that delivered. **What do you dislike about Gigged AI?** Wee bug at end to complete job, said I couldn't complete and then when refreshed it completed (that's being a hyper critic though as not much too dislike in the whole engagement- in fact I enjoyed it). **What problems is Gigged AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a fag packet idea, the Ai made me thrash it out. Although must note, it was still key to discuss with a human before we kicked off just to make sure all was as required. Great feature though. ### 2. The biggest plus was the human factor, Rachel was brilliant in guiding me through the whole gig, her support was invaluable. **What do you dislike about Gigged AI?** Portal is a little clunky in the way VAT is calculated, it is not obvious. You cannot change gig milestones when the gig has started despite agreement with end client (I believe this ability is been added). Chat tool is basic, didn't use. **What problems is Gigged AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps find gigs and engage with the end client. ### 3. The System is easy to use, but I could understand that some may be a little less tech-savvy to operate it and define the goals and objectives of your brief.
