Support is fast and helpful! Updates and improvements to existing features are released every week, and new ones are developed quite quickly, which shows the great interest of the owners in the project. I would like to mention the exporter, which seems to me to be extremely useful. We were able to load several large CSV files with 10's of millions of rows of data into Gigasheet and almost instantly begin analyzing by grouping, merging the files, and cross referencing fields. It makes many things easy that usually would have required a database. I use Gigasheet as an online csv viewer for huge files, flattening json, building complex filters, groups and aggregations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With large multi-gigabyte json files it can take a while to load the data, but it does work. It was taking a while and I wasn't sure if the loading had crashed but their chat support was awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a 3GB CSV file I couldn't even open on my brand-new Macbook lol. Did a couple of google and Reddit searches. Everyone recommended Gigasheets. I was able to sort a 3GB file down to 22MB with information I needed. Gigasheets makes it extremely easy to sort out information you dont need. Saved me a good 2 hours of work.
