Lastly, the great team and high service level are always supportive. **What do you dislike about Giftsenda?** Reporting system must be upgraded to bring value and make follow-up easier. The front end is a bit confusing and prolongs the journey. **What problems is Giftsenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it for the Loyalty program to bring engagement and built loyalty.
