I wish I got an individual invoice receipt with proof of charge per gift card, not per balance upload. Would be helpful for expensing purposes (instead of including both the screenshots of the balance upload charge and the gift receipt selection). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Toasty is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to use. Whether you're sending a single gift card or managing a large-scale rewards campaign, the platform makes the process smooth and efficient. The wide variety of gift card options—especially the Toasty Choice Card—ensures recipients can select something they truly value, which adds a personal touch to every interaction. I also appreciate the fast digital delivery and the ability to customize messages and branding, which helps us maintain a professional and thoughtful experience for our clients and team. What do you dislike about Giftronaut?

While Toasty is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest limitation is the restricted international gift card options, which can be frustrating when trying to reward global team members or clients. Additionally, the design customization for gift cards is fairly limited, which impacts branding and personalization. Some users have also noted higher fees or minimum funding requirements that can be a barrier for smaller campaigns. Expanding these features would make Toasty even more versatile and impactful. What do you like best about Giftronaut?

I love that there's a lot of countries that Toasty is available in. Having that flexibility is the biggest reason why we went with Toasty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftronaut?

I wish there was a little more flexibility in terms of creating email templates. I'd love to be able to save the body of the emails in the email templates, but I'm having a lot of trouble setting it up in that way. I also don't like that I can't see the full recipient list or the full body of the email and how their names may populate on the checkout page. I like to be able to double check all of that information at the very end once more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Giftronaut?

What I like best about Toasty is how simple and efficient it is to use. Being able to load funds in bulk rather than sending rewards individually saves a huge amount of time and effort, which makes it a real game changer for internal teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I have experienced is the receipt process for finance. It can be a bit tricky, and it would be really helpful if transaction receipts were easily accessible directly on the Toasty platform rather than having to search through emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
