What do you like best about Giftogram?

It’s easy to use and there are no extra costs. All of the money goes directly to the recipient. We use Giftogram for sending gifts and rewards to employees and customers. It provides a good value. "Giftogram Makes Mass Gift Card Recognition Easy!!!!"

What do you like best about Giftogram?

Giftogram is so easy to use. I like that we are able to use a template to create a mass upload. Our account rep, Mike, is awesome and very responsive. Our employees enjoy getting the gift cards in recognition of their years of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

I wish we were able to check to see if an employee redeemed their gift card without having to reach out to our rep to check the status. That is the only thing that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Giftogram?

Based on my experience, Giftogram’s effectiveness is sometimes limited by delivery and redemption issues. These include delayed emails, recipients having trouble locating their gift cards, and the platform’s restriction that a gift can only be resent twice. When problems come up, that resend limit can create extra administrative work to get everything resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

For Bayshore specifically, our organization uses Giftogram primarily for employee recognition, engagement survey rewards, Nurses Week recognition, and other appreciation initiatives. In these areas, the platform generally performs well, largely due to how easy it is to distribute and the flexibility it gives recipients to choose what they want. What do you like best about Giftogram?

Love the ease of administering a Gift Card program while offering Employees options that work best for them. Our team loves being able to choose the gift card that they prefer and I've found that they are more often treating themselves instead of using the Visa/AmEx cards they received before on things like gas and groceries. We are now several years in to our use of Giftogram and still find that their service can't be beat. They've added new reporting features that are useful to us, and the vendor list continues to grow. What do you like best about Giftogram?

We've been using it to send out Holiday & Birthday gifts- it's fairly quick and simple to set up! It seems to be a hit, as our employees liked the flexibility to choose their gift option! Additionally, we hit a small snag with one employee and needed to change the currency after the gift was sent out. The support team was helpful in getting that fixed!
