In addition, the ability to segment our workforce into groups based on location, employment status, etc has allowed us the flexibility to customize and structure campaigns in the way that makes the most sense for our organization. As a company with a global workforce, the ability to gift in other currencies was also a key factor in our decision to implement the software. Once we made the decision to go with Giftogram, we were up and running very quickly. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** As of now, scheduled campaigns are only able to be funded by ACH or wire transfer which does require some planning and ties up some funds in maintaining an account balance. We'd like the ability to fund these via credit card. We'd also appreciate if Giftogram could add some reporting capabilities, such as scheduled gifts beyond 30 days and gift redemption rates. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing Giftogram we had a manual process for tracking employee milestones and they would often get missed due to workloads. **Official Response from Paula Bevacqua:** > Hi! Which makes it so we have another step to do on our side. Also love that we are able to go in and schedule these gifts to go out on certain dates/times.
