These include delayed emails, recipients having trouble locating their gift cards, and the platform’s restriction that a gift can only be resent twice. We've been using it to send out Holiday & Birthday gifts- it's fairly quick and simple to set up! It seems to be a hit, as our employees liked the flexibility to choose their gift option! Additionally, we hit a small snag with one employee and needed to change the currency after the gift was sent out. The support team was helpful in getting that fixed!
