I don't need their redemption details, but it would help when someone claims to not have received theirs and I could track that to show claimed date. I wish there was a flier template so that I could announce Giftogram after we started offering it or use some other announcement template that is already premade. They make it so easy to send recognition or birthday gift cards without the hassle of choosing a giftcard to somewhere that an employee may not actually want. It's also a relief to not have to worry that the giftcard may have been pre-used by a scammer like the ones found in stores. Their platform makes it so easy to send a gift within minutes. The personalizations they have make it fun and as personal as it gets to gifting online. I would 100% reccomend their service to anyone who regularly gifts giftards in the workplace. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** I love almost everything about Giftogram.
