I also love the feature of being able to upload a CVC file in order to have a bulk number of gift cards sent out at once, whether it be immediate delivery or a scheduled time of my choosing. We have many incentives and periodic gifts we send to employees and the most appreciated gifts have always been gift cards. Since our team is spread across the country we felt limited to Amazon, but with Giftogram our employees have been able to choose gift cards from vendors that are in their area and work for them. Conveniently as a recipient you can even split your gift for gift cards from multiple vendors. Giftogram make it easy for us to send gifts to one person, dozens, or even hundreds of people at a time. With the ability to import lists and create teams we're able to manage users and have a history of sent Giftograms, and even resend if needed. When we are sending gifts to the whole team we like to add another degree of customization besides a message, and Giftogram makes it easy to upload or design your own gift card. Lastly, the support has always been top-tier. I've never worried about reaching out with a question or need. If fact the Giftogram team often reach out to us to see what our needs may be before an anticipated busy season or campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Giftogram? It is hard to find anything I dislike about Giftogram. What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you? Giftogram has helped us maintain employee engagement by facilitating rewards for virtual team events and incentives. This has been important with a team spread across the country. Our previous solution wasn't the easiest to use for issuing gift cards in bulk, and lacked any variety since it was from one web retailer. Giftogram opens the doors for the employees to select where they what a gift card for. It has also become exponentially easier for us to track gifting which has been a huge benefit. GIftogram is a very easy way to reward employees with a GC of their choosing. Employees appreciate being able to choose from hundreds of different merchants, retailers, etc. It's very convenient for the employer, especially when you have employees in multiple locations throughout the country. You choose the reward and it is emailed directly to the employee - no packaging or shipping required! The Dashboard is very user friendly and I love all the types of Gift Card messages you can choose from which makes the communication about the reward special.
