I would love to see is the ability to send multiple transactions directly within the platform without having to upload a document. For example, if I want to send $20 to one user and $40 to another, it would be helpful if the system could ask whether I'm sending a single transaction or multiple transactions. If multiple transactions are selected, I could simply choose the first recipient and enter the amount, then add another recipient and amount, and so on. This could be done through a simple, dynamic form that allows users to add as many recipient-and-amount combinations as needed before submitting them all at once. Instead, I have to go through the whole process again and use the refund the system gives me. Kristin Muzio is our rep and so on top of things! **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** I think only thing we'd love is if unused gifts don't get redeemed we could track that and maybe get refunded back into our account. Since our team is spread across the country we felt limited to Amazon, but with Giftogram our employees have been able to choose gift cards from vendors that are in their area and work for them. Conveniently as a recipient you can even split your gift for gift cards from multiple vendors. Giftogram make it easy for us to send gifts to one person, dozens, or even hundreds of people at a time. With the ability to import lists and create teams we're able to manage users and have a history of sent Giftograms, and even resend if needed. When we are sending gifts to the whole team we like to add another degree of customization besides a message, and Giftogram makes it easy to upload or design your own gift card. Lastly, the support has always been top-tier. I've never worried about reaching out with a question or need. If fact the Giftogram team often reach out to us to see what our needs may be before an anticipated busy season or campaign. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** It is hard to find anything I dislike about Giftogram. One area that I feel could be stronger is reporting on redemption - when a code was redeemed, what it was redeemed for, etc. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram has helped us maintain employee engagement by facilitating rewards for virtual team events and incentives. This has been important with a team spread across the country. Our previous solution wasn't the easiest to use for issuing gift cards in bulk, and lacked any variety since it was from one web retailer. Giftogram opens the doors for the employees to select where they what a gift card for. I have noticed, though, that the email Giftogram sends to recipients can come across as phishing. Because of that, I usually follow up with a separate email to let them know it’s legitimate. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram has been a valuable tool for our employee recognition program. Previously, we relied on physical gift cards, which often took weeks to purchase and mail. Using the platform has made the process much more efficient. It has also improved our ability to track tax reporting, since only our HR team manages the Giftogram account. For the team, I love how they can choose from so many different brands. And from my point of view I like how it cuts down on admin time on having to purchase gift cards from different websites. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** It can be confusing sometimes when you want to create just a blank Giftogram and you are prompted to choose a campaign. It also has been a little confusing as we have team members in lots of different countries, and we've sent them cards they can't use. Our rep Amanda has always been so helpful at sorting out any issues though! I love that people can react when they get a Giftogram but I wish it was easier to see who reacted without going through every order. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Admin time!! With other virtual gift card services, we had to deposit money and wait a week or so for those funds to be available to use, which creates an inconvenience for our recipients. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** It would be nice if we could edit the sender email address or somehow prevent the emails from going to spam. We have at least one person for every round of gift cards we processed that somehow didn't receive their gift card, which leads to frustration that is entirely avoidable **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram allows us to provide honorariums to research participants without a delay, which has been majorly impactful for our team as we don't have to check the account daily to determine when we can send the gift cards. It is also, of course, impactful for our recipients. You simply send the digital gift card, and the recipient gets to pick what they want! **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be to have download reports available instantly, instead of having to wait several minutes for them to generate. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to find a way to acknowledge employees' birthdays and anniversaries, but not everyone enjoys coffee, and VISA or MasterCard gift cards often have activation fees.
