I really appreciate the ease at which I can use the platform, and have had nothing but positive reviews from our customers. They appreciate being able to choose a card that helps them the most, especially the major retailers such as VISA. The site is very user friendly and intuitive, and the layout makes every transaction easy and fast. I use the site everyday in my role, and there have been very few hiccups. From day one, I have been able to easily send Giftograms - there was no extensive training or transition period. And it is easy to search for past transactions and customers. Our edutainment company hosts several virtual tastings and classes a week. While most of our guests are located in the US, we have about 2-3% of guests who join from Canada where we cannot legally ship wine or our cocktail kits. Giftogram is a simple, straightforward and easy option for getting these guests a gift card and the message length is long enough to even include exactly what to pickup without having to bombard guests with extra emails. Guests get a virtual giftogram when everyone else is getting their shipment and can easily pick up what they need plus a treat (we add a little extra to not just cover the cost but the inconvenience of having to pickup).
