One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom templates for a variety of employee milestones and recognition programs, including work anniversaries, birthdays, retirements, and peer-to-peer recognition initiatives. This helps us deliver a consistent, personalized recognition experience across our organization while saving time on administration. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** No complaints! Another great benefit is the flexibility Giftogram offers with rewards. While gift balances remain active in Giftogram for 12 months, once recipients transfer their gift to a participating retailer such as Amazon, Macy’s, Nike, and many others, the gift card does not expire. Employees appreciate having so many options to choose from. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** What truly sets Giftogram apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. Their support team is always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and reliable. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, they've provided prompt solutions and made the process seamless. By participating in the services the fathers are offered gift cards as incentive to continue their engagement over 24 hours of curriculum. Giftogram is the perfect solution to provide these incentives and even more so as our services moved to virtual delivery during the pandemic. Paula B. has been absolutely fabulous from the first call. She immediately understood our model and what we needed and then she walked us through the platform and addressed each question on the mark! She knows her product and makes it so easy to get started...she even helped us customize our own cards. **What do you like best about Giftogram?** Quick responses to questions and the ease of use. Love the new text feature. Ability to tailor to our needs and target audience. Customer Service is superb. In virtual service world this is the solution to incentivizing! **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** Sometimes my clients have trouble understanding the redeeming process or the gift cards go to junk email folders **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that we are now able to send the gift cards by text as it removes the problem of them going to a junk mail via email route. Able to offer our participants choices on how they want to redeem their incentives. I would love to see is the ability to send multiple transactions directly within the platform without having to upload a document. For example, if I want to send $20 to one user and $40 to another, it would be helpful if the system could ask whether I'm sending a single transaction or multiple transactions. If multiple transactions are selected, I could simply choose the first recipient and enter the amount, then add another recipient and amount, and so on. This could be done through a simple, dynamic form that allows users to add as many recipient-and-amount combinations as needed before submitting them all at once. It would make the process much faster and more user-friendly, especially for smaller batches where creating and uploading a file feels unnecessary. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram helps us to recognize and reward employees regardless of distance. **Official Response from Paula Bevacqua:** > Hi Nely! They let you customize the message to your gift card recipients and you can save templates if you have a celebration that you routinely send gift cards for. We have used them for years and it is an easy way to reward employees. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** The only thing I would change is that I would like to schedule gift card delivery for different dates in the same transaction. We celebrate employee birthdays with a gift card and I would like to set up everyone for the month in one transaction, with the gift card being delivered on each employee's birth date. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows employees to get a gift card to someplace that they want to use if for. We only have to go to one place to get any gift card we may want to give. ### 5. I can upload everything easily, and it usually takes me around five minutes to get it done. It’s also very easy to tell if any of the referrals I sent weren’t delivered. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** If one of my gift cards isn’t delivered, I can’t just upload it again using a different number or email. Instead, I have to go through the whole process again and use the refund the system gives me. Even though the process itself is pretty simple, it would be much easier if I could resend just that one card with an option like “try again with another email.” **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a platform to deliver a lot of gift cards, and we found it. I especially love the option of buying physical gift cards and including our logo for customization. You can also schedule gift cards to go out on certain dates and times so you don't have to login and send gift cards each birthdate. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** I would like to be able to add and schedule multiple email gift cards on the same page instead of having to enter each email and schedule each one individually. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I send gift cards to colleagues I no longer have to ask or guess what retailers they enjoy. It's still very easy to use and fund our account. Kristin Muzio is our rep and so on top of things! **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** I think only thing we'd love is if unused gifts don't get redeemed we could track that and maybe get refunded back into our account. The platform has some time limitations, but even when I've needed customer service to come through, they have helped us. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram is solving our need to provide rewards that align with our employees' needs.
