We love that we can give a gift knowing that the recipient will be able to choose the retailer they prefer. And, it's a bonus that they can split the amount between retailers. Additionally, we like using the campaigns feature to set up automatic gifts for reoccurring events like birthdays. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** One downside is that sometimes the interface (for senders) isn't the easiest. I've had issues logging in at times. Also, funding the account can be more complex than really needed. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram solves the issue of making sure a reward truly is a reward. If you get a gift card to a place you don't like, that isn't much of a reward.
