Giftogram has really increased their speed of delivery if the gift card, and our clients are all the more grateful for it. Our clients get their cards within an hour or two of us submitting. They have super reponsive customer service and even took the time to talk over the phone to explain the process to our sponsors and team members. Customer Service is definitely top notch. Once we figured out how we were going to pay for the cards (credit card, ACH, ect), we were able to add a card and get started in minutes. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** They also offer a lot of gift card options. So many options that I would actually narrow it down if I could. But our clients appreciate the selections. You have to use the ACH option for funding your account in order to access the API features. **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to get incentives out to all participants who complete our surveys and we needed a tool that we could drag and drop and send.
