You can upload a list and dd a message of thanks and with the click of a button of the giftogram goes. It was very easy to setup an account and add users

I enjoy the option to have gift card sent automatically; I just the site for yearly anniversaries and having the option to sent automatically is amazing.

The setup for the automatic option was a little tedious but worth it

**What do you like best about Giftogram?**

We've been using Giftogram for several years as a reward system for all of our employees. It is simple to use, and the options for the gift cards bring so much value. We would much rather allow the employee to choose a gift they will actually put to use than to give them a random gift card they'll still have in their wallet 5 years from now, unused and forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

Nothing, it's easy to use and quick to send the gifts to the staff.

**What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can login and send a gift card to an employee from anywhere. I don't have to run to the store and pick up a physical card and then go to the employee's location to give it to them. Just send it via email and it's done, simple.

I like that we are able to provide options for our team rather than prescribing. Gift card to our staff.

The cutoff or limit is pretty low for a larger staff. I would like to see it increased. I am not sure about the cutoff

It has a wide range of gift cards, and lets us create our own campaigns. Also, it removes any duplicates for us.

It should let us resend the gift card to people, as there were complains that many did not receive it.

so far good, not spot much issues except for currency change that you need to have another campaign to issue card in different currency

We find ways to reward members on small occasion and having this tool is quite efficient.

We’ve been using Giftogram for our customer and partner referral programs, and it’s been a great experience so far. The platform is super easy to navigate, and our team especially loves that we can customize the greeting and image to make each gift feel more personal. Everything has run smoothly, and it’s made the whole process of sending rewards really simple and stress-free.

I wish the credit card limit was higher so we didn't have to keep reloading our funds without a PO.

Giftogram makes it easy for us to send digital gifts as part of our customer and partner referral programs. Before, managing rewards was time-consuming and not very personal—but now we can quickly send customized gift cards that reflect our brand and feel more thoughtful.

The only problem I have is that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for new people to be added.

This is a great and user-friendly gift card platform that offers a lot of flexibility. It features a full library of gift card templates, and also makes it simple to create your own custom designs. There is also a wide variety of retailers to choose from.

The only drawback I've run into so far is the gifting limits. However, this issue is typically resolved within a few days by requesting a limit increase.

**What do you like best about Giftogram?**

Giftogram allows you to either use one of their designs or upload a custom graphic in the shape of a credit card. It couldn't be simpler. You then have the option of sending the recipient a digital or physical version. I only send digital versions - simpler and faster. The email message the recipient gets looks great. Very professional. The choice of stores or hard cash as a digital credit card is perfect.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

When you send digital cards, you have no way of checking if the recipient received/opened the email. I had a few clients whose cards landed in their spam folders. Not good. You can always check with them, but I'd rather have a way to confirm this on my account website.

Giftogram makes sending customers giftcards as little "thank yous" very easy.

Can easily personalize, send and view the status of your Giftogram. Another positive feature is you can send them on behalf of the company or an individual person.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

You cannot add the gift Ogram to your digital wallet, so limits use in a store, more for online purchases.

**What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use it mainly for team members Birthdays. As many employees are now hybrid it ensures we can still send a token of appreciation, which they receive on the day. Also, less risk of sending monetary items via mail.

Giftogram offers a quick, simple, and effective method for recognizing and rewarding colleagues in a manner that truly matters to them. It makes the process both convenient and meaningful for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

I still haven't found a straightforward way to use the template for uploading a list of recipients. Every time I try, I get stuck for a bit, but I do manage to work it out in the end.

The file only needs a column for email addresses and a header row, but you can also include optional fields like names, denominations, or messages. It's convenient, easy to use, and an excellent way to reward my team for a job well done. The budget is straight-forward, the approval process is easy to understand, and it's a very clear system. I'm grateful for a way to give my team kudos that doesn't involve expensing gift cards out of pocket.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

I don't really see a down side, if I'm honest. It's been nothing but helpful.

I no longer have to send gift cards out of pocket and expense them, waiting a week or two for reimbursement. Even with a quick turnaround time, that can become a real inconvenience, and I very much appreciate it being resolved through the use of Giftogram.

I like the availability and culture it brings to my team, we are fully remote so it really helps us acknowledge one another and show appreciation and support.

The fact we are a fully remote company, i find it somewhat difficult to establish and honor a culture. I like that the person can choose which card they would like to have versus being forced into a specific gift card that the person may/may not use

I like the fact that there are so many card options to choose from.  The themed gift cards have so many options that can be relevant to any holiday or giving campaign.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

You can only put up to $10,000 on a credit card.  We usually buy a lot in bulk.

**What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a church we like to give to the needy and these Giftogram cards make it easy for them to choose the gift based on theri needs.

When one of our channel partners (MSPs and VARs) sells one of our cybersecurity services to one of their end-clients, we offer the specific channel partner a spiff. That spiff comes in the form of a Giftogram giftcard. The amount varies depending on the revenue generated by each service.

Giftogram is user friendly and the campaign feature makes it easy to keep track of our incentive spending. Many of our recipients have also shared that they appreciate the variety of gift card options.

I have had several people complain about the delivery of their gift card, where I have had to "resend" several times via email. Other than than, I have no complaints.

Giftogram is the perfect tool to send gifts for a variety of occasions. It is easy to use, and I have used it consistently since being introduced to it about four years ago.

I have not experienced any downsides however if forced to come up with one, I no longer experience the fun I used to derive out of handpicking gift cards for my intended recipients but there are so many available options that I know I cannot go wrong!

Giftogram makes recognition in this context so easy and convenient. I use this site for personal recognition of my team members, above and beyond those available to me through my employer.

**What do you like best about Giftogram?**

The reps love that they get to choose what gift they get, instead of everyone getting the same Target gift card or company-branded item: they can use the Giftogram to get something they want for fun, or something they need at home. I've had zero complaints, only thanks since I've started using Giftogram.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

There are still some vendors that are not a part of Giftogram, but they are so few that I've been asked about, that even those disappointed that a specific gift card was not found, immediately find another that they want, and the disappointment subsides quickly.

Giftogram is solving the problem of not having to use budget on shipping costs associated with supplying gifts to my out-of-state employees. Everyone can use the full amount afforded us.

I would like the ability to order one physical gift card at a time instead of having to order multiple physical cards at one time.  Many times I only need one physical card at a time to be mailed to some employees.

The only downside I've encountered is not being able to use account credits toward a gift--for example: we have a $100 credit and I can't use it towards a $200 gift.

We recently had gift cards sent for multiple employees for Christmas and wanted them to be physical cards so we could give them as gifts at our party. We got all but 3 cards in the mail so I was panicking over missing $1500 worth of cards. When I called the person I spoke with was beyond nice and super helpful and made me feel much better about the situation. She also overnighted new cards so they got here in time for our party. We’ve always liked  using Giftogram but after that experience we were beyond happy and will always use Giftogram for everything!

Nothing! It’s been great! We’ve never had issues!

Being in Canada, some gift cards are not usable in other countries. Giftogram allowed us to use one account that sends giftcards to all of my employees all over the globe in their currency. It's very useful for remote team lunches or celebrations. 

I initially sent the wrong currency to my team member, and customer service was able to give me step by step instructions on how to fix it, and credited my account for the error. Worked out perfectly!

If you are not aware of the difference in exchange at first glance, it would make it even easier if this was shown right away on the payment screen.

The process is hard to follow.  I've called the company and they have walked me through it and it still took an hour and a half to do.

**What do you like best about Giftogram?**

Love not paying additional fees on gift cards when trying to recognize staff and help those in need. If I want to recognize someone with a $50 gift card, I can with no extra fees!

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

The biggest dislake is not knowing if someone received or actually used gift card received. We sent out over 100 gift cards on Valentine's Day but never knew how many of cards were actually received and spent.

**What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff recognition, staff assistance, retention

**What do you like best about Giftogram?**

Choosing Giftogram for our company gift card needs has been a lifesaver. We now have the ability to send gifts electronically and save on the expensive activation fees on the gift cards we were previously using. Our employees love that they can select any number of vendors and stores to redeem their gift cards.

**What do you dislike about Giftogram?**

Nothing, they make send gift cards super easy!

**What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving us a ton of money on activation fees.
