I have noticed, though, that the email Giftogram sends to recipients can come across as phishing. And from my point of view I like how it cuts down on admin time on having to purchase gift cards from different websites. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** It can be confusing sometimes when you want to create just a blank Giftogram and you are prompted to choose a campaign. It also has been a little confusing as we have team members in lots of different countries, and we've sent them cards they can't use. Our rep Amanda has always been so helpful at sorting out any issues though! With other virtual gift card services, we had to deposit money and wait a week or so for those funds to be available to use, which creates an inconvenience for our recipients. **What do you dislike about Giftogram?** It would be nice if we could edit the sender email address or somehow prevent the emails from going to spam. We have at least one person for every round of gift cards we processed that somehow didn't receive their gift card, which leads to frustration that is entirely avoidable **What problems is Giftogram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giftogram allows us to provide honorariums to research participants without a delay, which has been majorly impactful for our team as we don't have to check the account daily to determine when we can send the gift cards.
