I like that Giftogram makes it easier to send gift cards to employees and other people without requiring they be Visa or Mastercard, and without having very high activation fees. I appreciate that you give folks the choice to pick what type of gift card they want to receive. It's easier for them to choose the vendor they'd prefer, especially when offering a gift card for something like lunch, as it avoids the issue of offering a service not available in their location. I like the simplicity of sending the giftogram and being able to print reports and label them. It's also a huge time saver to import a list to send gift cards to. It could use some better user options, for instance, I know what country I'm sending money to, but I often have to check to see what currency code to use to send it, It would be so helpful to be able to pick a country, then the currency, like your lookup tool. Also, it would be very helpful if you remembered my last gift card selection. I'm usually sending in groups, and I have to select the gift card category, then scroll to find the gift card design every time. I wish you had a favorites or the system just remembered my last cards. Also, I have struggled a great deal with importing a list with different currencies to send to. It's a Gamechanger!!" 5/5 What do you like best about Giftogram? There are several things I really like about Giftogram. It’s super easy to use and there are designs for pretty much any occasion. Being able to customize them with our logo and brand colors has been a big win for us when sending to customers. I also love how flexible it is. You can send to large groups at once, set up different campaigns, and customize the messages in each campaign, which makes everything feel more intentional. There are 200+ gift card options (including local ones), and the pricing is great with lots of currencies to choose from. Most have minimums as low as $5, and there is a wide range of denominations to choose from or you can even customize the amount as well. Also, there are no hidden fees, even for Visa or Mastercard cards. Overall, the performance of this service, from setup to delivery, feels really smooth and professional. What do you dislike about Giftogram? The only thing I don't like about Giftogram is that there is a waiting period before it's delivered to the customer. Giftogram is really to use and doesn't charge fees when we provide our youth with monthly monetray incentives. Customer is friendly and has quick turn around. I use Giftogram at least twice monthly and was way nicer and easier to use compared to other similar programs. The platform is incredibly easy to use. For our longitudinal studies where patients are reimbursed for each followup interval, it makes it easy to find emails and provide different denominations as the studies progress. It is far and away the best way for use to manage our reimbursement schedules and have documentation to confirm each payment. Exceeds expectations for the entire time we've been using it! Our employees still really love the product. I also have to add that their customer service is excellent, at least every experience I have had has been handled very well and quickly. I do wish I could select different giftcard art in the same order and not have to place multiple orders based on the style of giftcard. If this is already an option, I haven't figured out how to do it.
