I mean, the UI was greatly developed, thus even without previous knowledge one can use it without difficult! **What do you dislike about GiftLogic?** I think they should increase the speed of how do things! Shortcuts would be awesome! **Recommendations to others considering GiftLogic:** The team behind it is very professional! The software is great! Greatly recommended! **What problems is GiftLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reports on it made our accountable so much more organized! ### 2. I like how there aren't any updates during the day. I love the customer service! They have solved every problem I had. This has been my favorite POS software I've used and I have used quite a bit. **What do you dislike about GiftLogic?** Some features don't exist. You can't look up gift cards. You can't do a return and purchase in the same transaction. The customer records is a pain. It doesn't let you see what needs to be restocked until the end of the day z out. I wish a User could see the z outs from days before. Instead of having to be an admin. **Recommendations to others considering GiftLogic:** I say get it if you want nice and simple software that's basic. **What problems is GiftLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business isn't using this to solve any problems we just use it for everyday. I guess if I had to say solving a problem I would say returns. Also we use it to print up or labels and do inventory.
