GIDR delivers service execution that provides guidance with compliance. Built for service and operations leaders, GIDR moves validation, compliance, and verification into the moment field work is performed, so errors are caught and corrected while the technician is still on site rather than discovered later in an audit, an inspection, or a callback. GIDR guides technicians, employed or contracted, through each job as a step-by-step procedure, verifies the work at the steps that matter, and closes the job with evidence. Procedures can be generated by AI from the SOPs, checklists, and manuals an organization already has. Key capabilities of GIDR's Guided Intelligence & Governance include: - Visual Intelligence, which grades photos of completed work against customer-defined acceptance criteria using models tuned for correct versus incorrect execution. - Connected Execution, which uses MCP tools, APIs, and enterprise systems to read context, write verified results, and trigger actions in the system of record. - Adaptive Intelligence, which learns from field outcomes and verification feedback to continuously improve domain-specific models. - On-Device AI, which runs fine-tuned models locally for fast, private, and offline field execution. Unlike AI tools that help technicians find answers, GIDR evaluates whether the work was done right. Required steps are enforced by configured logic rather than model judgment, and GIDR never converts a technical failure into a pass: every outcome is graded, and an inconclusive result is reported as exactly that. Every job produces a tamper-evident record bound to time, location, and technician identity. GIDR does not replace field service management systems such as ServiceNow. It runs inside the ServiceNow Agent App and alongside existing FSM, ITSM, and CRM systems, writing verified outcomes back to the system of record. GIDR is powered by the GIDR Platform, which includes an Agentic AI Automation Studio, real-time Voice AI agents, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and AI observability and governance. With GIDR, service organizations can reduce rework and repeat visits, lower validation costs, lower safety and compliance risk, accelerate workforce ramp, and increase revenue.
