The scope of GHL is unmatched when you compare with other CRMs. For a business looking to prospect new clients and communicate through call/text/email, manage online reputation, send invoices and collect payment, to managing ad spend this thing can do it all. Like most things, the more data you put into it the slower it operates. I've worked at companies where they have 10,000s of leads in it and the loading times got pretty bad. If you know your way around a CRM, if you know how to use Webhooks and Zapier, you can just about use it to do anything. Sales, marketing, customer service, content. We just prepare it with specific snapshots that are dependent on a business's needs. This is an important upsell or prospecting tool in that sense.
