GewerbeHeld collects the ongoing contracts of a small business in one place in Germany: software subscriptions, leasing and insurance. You import a bank statement as CSV, MT940 or CAMT.053, and recurring debits are recognised as contracts and sorted by category. If you upload a contract PDF, a locally running AI reads the term, notice period and automatic renewal. In the deadline cockpit all notice periods are colour-marked, an email reminder is sent before a deadline expires, and a cancellation letter can be generated as a PDF. The deadlines are an aid and not legal advice. It is aimed at small businesses and self-employed people with ongoing contracts such as software subscriptions, leasing and insurance. All features are free of charge, with no limit on the number of contracts and no credit card required. The provider is MoersbergerIT, a sole proprietorship in Sarstedt, Germany. The interface is in German, built for German law and practice.
