The interface is unclean and not intuitive making it difficult to search for flights, hotels and car rentals. The search results are also non comprehensive. **What do you dislike about GetThere?** Needs to provide a range of options to choose from. It lacks the ability to compare prices and bookings all in one place. The booking process itself is slow and hectic consuming me time.The interface of GetThere feels outdated and lacks user friendliness. It does not provide features or customization options. **What problems is GetThere solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer support is slow, in responding, which makes it difficult to resolve issues promptly. The pricing plans are not transparent enough with hidden additional fees causing confusion.
