The simplicity of the tool is fantastic; effortless to install and navigate. I was able to install the software for the first time and get a support session launched with an employee having difficulty with a remote workstation in less than 5 minutes. The UI is clean and straightforward, allowing me to complete a support session without viewing any tutorials. I can’t wait to dig deeper to learn how to fully use all the features and make the most of this tool. Having a user quickly launch into a support session is very helpful. The resolution and connection speed was excellent; it was as if I was operating my computer locally. We previously used Zoom or Teams to support remote employees. The install is no frills but has great security within the setup process. The use of the product is significant - it is EASY! Just click connect and you can get your desktops on the screen. **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** I do wish the top navigation bar when you connect to a machine can auto hide. I have not been able to find that to see areas which is blocked by that bar. Also at times it can lag super bad. I recently moved 3 hours away from the servers I manage and many desktops, but with GetScreen.me it hasn't mattered at all. **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** While I love the option for 2FA, I wish they gave me a little bit of control for how long to trust machines. I use three different computers on a regular basis and sometimes it feels like I need to pull out my authenticator app for this site more than any other. **What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem it solved is getting me off the treadmill of version compatibility issues that plagued my last couple of years with TeamViewer.
