I will say I don't like the limit of how many remote sessions are available per day. The web-based support agent "cockpit" is great. It's fast and has major options for permanent access and quick support screen sharing. They also offer branding options that will provide a downloadable agent that's linked to your specific account. The client-side agent is small and works well on Windows PCs. Permanent access nodes can be grouped and searched by name or IP. Remote sessions can be recorded. There's a Chrome extension that eases session start by extracting customer info from over 10 support platforms including Zendesk and ServiceNow. Having used both Getscreen and Teamviewer I prefer Getscreen because, as a support agent, I can do everything I need to within a web browser (though there are desktop tools available). **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** I had some trouble getting Getscreen to work on an older CentOS linux installation. It required a more update library that what the stock CentOS 7 machine had. It's fine, there are other small windows PC's you can use. **Recommendations to others considering Getscreen.me:** If you need to control a computer, or multiple computers from anywhere in the world from just your phone or another computer with a web browser, then Getscreen.me is a no brainer. Totally happy with my purchase and the service. This will allow me to have my mining rigs all set up at my home, but be able to connect to any of them without even being at the address, or even having to plug in a monitor and keyboard. TeamViewer who??!? **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Patch H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022 **What do you like best about Getscreen.me?** I was skeptical about this product when I saw it but thought why not give it a go, they have a few features that appealed to me that I hadnt seen before: 1) Browser based - No having to download any software. 2) Telegram integration - Issuing quick support reguests takes about 10 seconds and I can join from the Telegram app. 3) Branding - Ill admit I haven't looked very far regarding this feature but I really like it, I'll be completely sold when they introduce CNAME capabilities. 4) Beautiful interface - I can't help it but I always judge a book by its cover, I was very pleased to see the awesome UX/UI this service offers. 5) Teams - It is unbelievably easy to add new team members to this system, click, type done! 6) Recording - This is the best system I have tested regarding this feature, it just works! Click the button, there is no lag when starting a recording and you can access the recording via the History section and delete them just as easy. 7) Embed option - I really like the embed option so I can place the join module on my website. If you are unsure they offer a 15 day refund policy so what have you got to lose in testing this awesome service!
