**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

I've used lots of other solutions, this is a really easy platform to use, needs some adjustments. however really quick to use and work on, its browser-based so no need for any apps to download. The one-time access and permanent access are really easy to use, our customers are very happy with how the access works.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

A little hard to use on an iPad, and support can be a little slow to respond but is helpful. Sometimes the app doesn't load first time when installing permanent access but a reboot resolved the issue. Overall good app.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access for one-time support plus perm access, really simple to install. The screen recording is superb and really handy to share with customers.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

I like the options and features included with Getscreen.me such as the ability to see important computer information without needing to remote into the device first. It also has logs and remote file access without needing to remote into the desktop, which is a nice feature.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

I do not like that Getscreen.me is a bit more resource intensive compared to something such as Google Remote Desktop on older devices, and how there is a bit more response lag as well on those devices. The software lowers the view quality to help with this, but it still is slower that other software at that lower quality.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to have a few computers that I need remote access to available to me and Getscreen.me helps me with connecting to those devices from anywhere. You can even use the Chrome Browser Extension or a mobile device.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

Having used TeamViewer previously I found this program did everything I needed it to and the controls were fairly easy to learn. It is a great alternative to TeamViewer. I like the scalability and the lifetime access options are great value.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

I found that the first time I used it I ended up trying to remote to my own machine instead of the client. Once you get a hang of it is pretty simple. The admin console is still in beta and is quite good. If anything is to be improved I would like to see a floating tool bar option.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to give support to colleagues who are working form home, or fix an issue in the office when I am away from my desk. I can also access my servers remotely so don't have to rely on other solutions.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

I like that Getscreen.me charges a reasonable price for an efficient service. I used to be with TeamViewer, but they were overpriced and tried to tell me that they were still going to try and charge me after I left their service. TeamViewer makes it very difficult and confusing to cancel your account and threatens to send you to collections when you simply want to leave their service. Getscreen does not do that and has the same technology for way less.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

Sometimes there is slight lag whenever you have been connected to another device for a while. We mostly use it to run automations; sometimes those are a bit fast, so that may have something to do with it.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are free services via Google for remote desktops, but they don't include Blackout screens or delegating employee access.

Online interface to control the remote PCs make for NO installation required on the remote control PC. Great solution.

There is a slight lag that is more noticeable than with some of the other more mainstream brands. If they can get this finetuned I reckon GETSCREEN is the BEST solution for Remote Control software!

Having remote sites that are not operated - the ease with which we can login with Getscreen.me to the remote sites is a game changer for us.

Getscreen.me's connection options and speed are remarkable. The UI is easy and powerful. Options to let clients safely initiate or request connections opened up doors for me in my profession, which traditionally shuns such technology.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

I would love an iOS app, but I use it from my iPhone all the time. It isn't a dealbreaker at all. After having GetScreen for some time, I do wish I chose White Label tier, but that's my issue.

It's enterprise-level remote support and admin for entry-level prices. I use it daily and don't worry about unprofessional popups or time limits. My productivity is through the roof and I've added several new offerings to my services... things I never thought about before an affordable option was too good to pass up.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

This is, hands down, the #1 remote desktop sharing app I have found online. I switched to Getscreen after TeamViewer thought I was doing business through some automated catching software (I had only connected to one computer?). On that application, I also would have difficulty connecting and staying connected. Getscreen is simple and easy for me and anyone whom I wish to connect to remotely. It is amazing how developed this product is and yet its free tier is so expansive.

A few more reasons why I love this app:
1. It's free tier is more than enough for me.
2. The connections are effortless
3. Statistics, like the connection history is a nice plus!
4. The UI is 10x better than any I have experienced from another remote desktop app
5. I can connect in the browser, I don't have to download the client!

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

Clicking some windows, like notification windows, did not work correctly for me recently. I never noticed this issue before so that could be new and transient.

The simplicity of having the remote connection directly from your browser is awesome. It integrates well directly through a Chrome Plugin that its quite handy. I am looking forward for the innovations they will bring.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

The speed sometimes is not the best, I hope this is improved over time, I am sure they are already working on it.
Some funcionalities are being developed, like for example not having to enter my 2SV code each time I want to connect to a computer. On trusted devices I wish this would be saved at least for 30 days for example.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I help my family and friends with their IT problems by connecting remotely to their devices. It eases the way I can help them as I can interact with the screen directly.

There are three main factors for me: (1) I love the fact that the system is browser-based (so it's really easy to use), and (2) GetScreen is incredibly stable and reliable, and (3) I have been using the system regularly for over 2 years and have never encountered any security issues/breaches

Honestly, there really aren't any that I am aware of. From a costs side, I would like to have more user profiles so that my team can also use the system, but when I compare with the likes of Teamviewer, Getscreen is competitively priced

I use Getscreen to access remote machines in our other office. I also use it to provide user support to both staff and also family members. It'sd particularly useful to provide support and maintenance to my elderly mother on her laptop

I like the extra features that come with it such as the ability to turn off controls on both ends, view only mode, voice call, chat, and the ability to manage files.

Nothing much to dislike. I only wish the branding was available with the current plan I am using as it Is the one I can afford to work with, but I do understand and respect the pricing of the company as they do put a lot of time and effort into the program.

Easy installation in ANY environment. Incredibly configurable yet so easy to use. This software deploys anywhere regardless of policies, firewalls, proxies you name it. It is tiny and fast yet blows away the competition in features and configurability.

I am still trying to find some flaw or deficiency or feature that was available in Anydesk / Logmein / Teamviewer

I can fix anyone's problems anywhere regardless of firewalls, company policies, from just my web browser. There is no need to update everytime you need to establish a connection like TeamViewer. Try supporting 10 Teamviewer clients over a period of a year and you will understand how everyone falls behind in updates and you end up supporting no one

1. I like the features it provides like a dashboard for quick connection
2. Call feature
3. File sharing feature.

The support is quick & very helpful.

Getscreen.me is an excellent desktop sharing application that offers a smooth and fast user experience. Its intuitive interface and ease of use make it one of the best alternatives to Teamviewer and Anydesk.

Getscreen.me guarantees a secure and reliable connection, with the ability to share multiple screens and manage the remote desktop in real time. In addition, its remote access function without waiting for the other user's approval makes it extremely practical for situations where you need quick access to another device.

I was particularly impressed by the speed and fluidity of Getscreen.me, which offers a seamless user experience, even with less performing Internet connections.

it is an application that i use at least 2-3 times a week, and on those days i stay connected for several hours, with idle times in which i am not really active of 30-40 minutes. it happens sometimes that when i come back operational, there is a period of a few of 1-2 minutes max in which i notice a slowness of responsiveness and refresh.

They could improve their marketing efforts, but it took me a while to find the, and it was through Reddit- other than that, keep doing what you are doing GS.me.

Getting quick access to my system and my client's systems and GS.me just makes it so easy to do this and more, it's so easy to switch between devices & orgs too.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

Getscreen.me is a any to implement feature rich web application wich allows you to install an app on PC and connect with all permanent connected  devices or starting first with Wake-on-Lan to connect with. With Mac you can setup an automatic power-on/off routine in the Energy saving tool and for instance configure that the MAC starts at 8 am every working day and switcha off at  7 pm. It is also useabale as support app with not permanent connections sending them by mail or as a link. The command bar to setup the online screen is feature rich and easy to handle and place on your screen you can even hide if to increase the space on the screen.
The only thing I would like to have improved is a better resolution. If you connect with the Remote Server login you have a much better contrast and sharpness. Right now Getscreen.me is therefore no suited to work or do support for al long time, your eyes will suffer. So this has to be worked on. 
But I strongly believe in their potential to make this tool one of the market leaders that is able to compete with Teamviewer, AnyDesk, Join.me or other more established solutions.
Good is also the 2-Factor identification with several options like Telegram, Google Authenticator or email. Last but not least the UI is well designed and easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

Screen resolution and contrast quality. In the actual setup the quality does not allow a long use of the tool, after 10 minutes your eyes are hurting. At least I did not found any way to improve the resolution, fact that I communicated to the developers. So in my opinion it cannot replace a Remote Desktop login to work in a daily base with. It is suited to me for short interventions.

I work many times abroad and I appreciate to execute some tasks on my home office PCs or in the server, in the UI I have all permanently connected devices at my view at a glance, so it is easy going and I an open the website on any notebook or PC whatever. Good is also the option to give support to our home office staff. As they stuck quite many times with software problems. Before we used Teamviewer but this tools need software installation and in the free version working pretty well but with limitations. So having a tool with web connection and no installation makes us the life easier.
Sometimes the establishment of the connection lasts longer than with other tools like Teamviewer, I think this should be improved too.

Permanent access is something I love. Some teams in the company have shared licenses. Having a permanent access tool saves a lot of money per year.

Quality for the price, I have no problem. Although I wish they would redesign the downloadable application giving two options. One for the company and one for the customer.

The enterprise customer does not know if he is giving temporary or full access. This would be solved with two versions and giving the option of language.

For operational reasons we work with computers with licenses per workstation and teleworking, it is important to be able to access equipment. On the other hand, as an administrator I can help employees with less computer knowledge.

Occasssionally, the service can have a bit of a lag, but not much. Also, cpu can be throttled on fresh install on systems with admittedly poorly performing PC's.

Getscreen.me is fairly straightforward remote support software.  Being web-based, I can login from any computer and start a support request, so I don't have to be on a specific computer with installed software.   I have used Teamviewer (ridiculously priced for small businesses) and AnyDesk (very shady/greedy cancellation policy and heartless support) and have had great success with GetScreen.me instead.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

One thing I still can't quite get is the ability for an ongoing client to have the software downloaded on their computer and each new session I can just give them a new code (instead of having to recreate the session).  They say it is possible, so I have to play around with it more, but it isn't as "obvious" to set up as a new remote session.  I would like more authenticator apps (Last Pass) possible for the 2FA.

GetScreen.me is an affordable Commercial Solution for Remote Support software.  Compared to its competition, it has many of the same features at a more affordable (and less greedy of a company) price.  Being web-based, you aren't "locked" into the computer you are using to access the software.

I am currently using the free version of Getscreen.me and have been very impressed with this solution so far. The previous software we used was quite slow and clunky which meant it running on some older/lower performing PCs was almost impossible. Getscreen.me, however, has been smooth sailing and enabled me to get on with my job with very little problem. The screen quality is also very crisp and exceeds the performance of our previous software.

It would be good to enable some form of branding on even the free platform, as although we are in the trial period it would be good to give our customers something that they will then recognise our company.

I am a physician/techie, and a lot of my colleagues are looking for a way to transition from medicine or do other things to allow them more time with their families and to preserve their health. I have been trying to explain over the phone, zoom meetings, shared screen, etc...when working with them on web development projects - needless to say, it's been very difficult; leading to their frustration and feeling defeated.  Now that I can simply provide them with the reassurance of logging into their computer remotely and we discuss the adjustments I'm making along with a recording afterward for them to review...this is just an absolute game changer for my creative consulting agency.

I have no complaints currently. And as AI and technology is fastly entering the medical field, I highly doubt if I will in the future.  I do need to check to see if they meet HIPPA compliance - if so, that will allow me to introduce my services into the hospital - for now I'm just doing personal projects.

What i do not like about getscreen.me is their pricing, it is bit on the higher side. I do not remember exact amount as it is being a long time but as this technology is becoming more common they should re-work on their price.

I love that you only need a browser to get started. You can customize and brand the client software, which as an MSP is essential. You have access to 2 modes of connections (WebRTC or WebSockets) depending on what works better for your specific case.
Additionally, you have a lot of tools (auto-translation on screen is fantastic), and shortcuts for everyday tasks (control panel, system info...).
A great tool at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

Not much to dislike, really. Maybe the fact that, for Quick Support, the client must download a small software every time, customized for that specific session. It can slow down the process a little, but the software is relatively small and quickly downloaded, branded to your company. 
You have the option to have unlimited permanent clients with the Premium subscription though, which is fairly priced.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP, we use Getscreen.me every day to provide IT support for our clients. TeamViewer used to be king, but their changes in pricing and subscription made it a more costly choice every year. Also, TV can have performance issues here in China.

**What do you like best about Getscreen.me?**

I bought it mainly for remote customer support, and with the Quick Support option, it's pretty easy to do especially if you install their browser addon. And it does it quick and easy in just a few clicks

**What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?**

It can be a bit overwhelming, but if you only focus on one feature that you really need, you can set it up and not worry about any other features. 
Support can be improved. It's only available via chat, which is never live. You have to leave them a message and then check back if somebody replies because you don't get an email notification of a new reply, and there is no sound notification in the browser. Replies may typically take up to 24 hours. And if you need quick help, you're out of luck.

Still was not able to get the audio working with the remote customer. The documentation refers you to other sites for installing some audio plugins that can mess up your Mac audio settings. Not sure why we need to install and set up other audio plugins if when you do remote screen sharing via Mac Messages app, the audio connections are established automatically without any need for third-party plugins.

Also, not all operators's computer desktop shortcuts are supported; for example, Command-Tab sill only works for the operator's computer and not for the remote customer's computer.

**What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You get quick and easy access to remote devices or your customers to provide support without a need for them to install the app and provide you with some code. Once you requested access to their machine via the link, you give them by email or SMS, they will just follow a couple of steps to accept the invite, and you will then see the connection is ready
