I love Getscreen. I started using it when it was released years ago. It has served me and my team really well. It has always worked great. When it didn’t, the support team was there for you. I have had some glitches in the past, which I reported, and it got fixed within no time. Questions get answered honestly within no time. The team always keeps pushing what is possible, implementing new features, and extending the featureset of Getscreen. The UX is very clear and straightforward. Usability is easy, and it is very easy to integrate into our everyday business. I use Getscreen multiple times a day to manage our infrastructure, help our employees, and give assistance over the air when needed. I love Getscreen. **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** I would love some more granular uptime monitoring. Using the Telegram bot is great for connecting and tracking uptime, but the timestamps are not always 100% accurate to when the device goes on or offline. I would love an option to enable some sort of log for where I can see exactly when a device was online and when it went offline. Somewhat like the Getscreen Connection History but for up/downtime. Another big wish would be to be able to connect to my agents only via a VPN to add more security so they are not necessarily exposed to the Getscreen proxy servers. I would love to have a VPN implementation via Wireguard or/and Tailscale. My last item on my wishlist would be a third-party audit to give enterprises the security they need. **What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy and comprehensive infrastructure management. Fast and on-demand technical support. Makes sure our team maintains reliable access to all company devices regardless of their physical location. getscreen also offers a streamlined approach to connect with virtually any operating system for remote management purposes, simplifying our support processes. Overall, it helped us improve the management of our remote devices easily. ### 2. Great remote support tool with quick rendering **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Robin D. | German community lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024 **What do you like best about Getscreen.me?** I love getscreen.me for the quick possibility to connect to an installed agent via a web browser - the rendering of graphical UI is faster then for example a remote desktop solution of other brands. I am beginning to use this more and more every day as I become used to just open the app or browser and connect to a screen. As I only have to install one agent to use it, its easy to integrate and it supports Windows and mac.there doesnt seem to be any way of accessing alpha or beta builds. however as I could contact support i think they would be easily able to help me fix this as well. The Uiser interface and easiness of implementation is also is a great point. I love the easy to use features of the UI in case of file transfers - something which is super intuitive and useful as well as really easy to use. great product all in all! **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** the free plan is great but only has two devices which is a bit sad.
