I do not remember exact amount as it is being a long time but as this technology is becoming more common they should re-work on their price. **What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Software installation. I like their control center: permanent access vs quick support. Very easy to start a session. The user at the other end only need the url. Nothing to download. Easy. **What do you dislike about Getscreen.me?** There are too many issues during sessions. Very strange behaviors like right-clicking in Windows Explorer that doesn't work. Most of the time, when you type, the focus goes to the chat box instead of going to the remote computer. Uploading files is cumbersome. It is simply not up to par with the top players in this field. **Recommendations to others considering Getscreen.me:** Test it out for yourself and determine if it is good enough. They did make progress in the last few months. So there is hope! **What problems is Getscreen.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows you to create quick remote sessions on the fly by simply generating and sending an url.
