The UX is clean, intuitive, and polished, which is especially valuable as I launch a new talent recruitment agency. The design looks professional right out of the box. What really sets them apart is the customer support. My CSM, Johnnie, delivered the best onboarding experience I’ve ever had with a software provider and continues to offer outstanding support. I’m extremely happy with both the Getro Connect and Job Board tools. **What do you dislike about Getro?** Some minor features are still being refined, but the team has been highly responsive and receptive to feedback throughout. **What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I launched my recruitment business, having a strong job board tool was a top priority. After exploring several options, I chose Getro for its unique combination of a talent network and job board in one platform. ### 2. Seamless onboarding and setup.
