It is easy to use and you get so many features for starting out for free. The support staff is also very helpfull and efficient. Most of the settings is easy to setup and link to other areas. When hosting your domain through getresponse, it gets tricky when your original host tells you to update something on your DNS servers. Then you need to more or less work with the support team to get it set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Get Response's customer support team has been fantastic! It has not matter which team I get, when I request help, they have so friendly, knowledgable and genuinely happy to help! GetResponse is providing exactly what I expect them to provide. I need a place to build landing/capture pages. Build email lists and maintain those lists. Communicate with teammates and potential teammates.

They do all that well, the only problems I've had are simply knowing my way around their website and products.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

I’ve been using GetResponse for my email marketing needs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. What truly stands out is their simple and intuitive interface. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and use the platform without feeling overwhelmed. Everything is laid out clearly, making creating and managing campaigns and sending newsletters straightforward and stress-free.

However, what sets GetResponse apart is its exceptional customer support. Their live chat team has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed help, they’ve responded quickly, with patience and understanding. They go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved, and they do so with a friendly, positive attitude that makes you feel valued as a customer.

In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, GetResponse’s support team truly shines. GetResponse’s intuitive interface has removed that barrier, allowing me to create effective campaigns without extensive technical knowledge easily.

This has significantly improved my engagement rates and overall campaign effectiveness.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

Great fetures for building up newletters and campaing, AI is ver helpfull.

Integrations tool, quick and responsive chat with customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

if i dont want to send out news letters to whole lists i would like to be able filter my recipient based on various requirement for that need basic AND/OR rules to apply,

if not that i can filter out my recpient from my "external" database so while makeing one-time newsletter would need ability to just copy-paste in recipient manualy or by API/integrations tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

would like to send out mass mails to specific contacts that what im looking into getresponse, but also need way to choose specific conatct which getresponse doesnt help with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. Create custom segments based on specific data
