  ### 1. Affordable pricing, but cumbersome

**What do you like best about GetMoreReviews?**

-Pricing is more affordable than other competitors
-Will notify you if a customer leaves an unfair review
-Carousel of reviews is nice to add to landing page

**What do you dislike about GetMoreReviews?**

-Name and logo appears at the bottom of carousel when we add it to website
-Not enough automation. We have to manually remind customers to review us
-We have to all share one account (currently under our CEO, Karyn)

**Recommendations to others considering GetMoreReviews:**

Set a schedule to when you need to email review requests to customers. GetMoreReviews does not automate this, unfortunately.

**What problems is GetMoreReviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Increases exposure 
-Good reputation management tool
-Allows us to showcase all of our reviews at once

**What do you like best about GetMoreReviews?**

We like that you can embed the review carousels on websites and landing pages. It filters out bad reviews and Get More Reviews will notify us when there is a bad review, so we can address the issue.

**What do you dislike about GetMoreReviews?**

The name and branding shows up on the review carousels and it looks tacky.

**What problems is GetMoreReviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to increase our reviews because of the automessage feature. In addition, we can aggregate all good testimonials to show on landing pages.
