GetInvoiceFlow is simple invoicing software for small businesses, tradespeople and freelancers in Germany. Create customers, write an invoice and send it in one click as a PDF with GiroCode or as an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD EN 16931 / XRechnung). Small-business VAT exemption (§ 19 UStG) is handled automatically. Customers accept quotes online and turn them into invoices with one click. Payments are matched automatically from bank statements, recurring invoices and payment reminders run on their own, and AI creates invoice drafts from a voice message. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, with a data processing agreement and no ad trackers.
