You can do a lot with the app. Create groups with different permissions, share posts in groups. Chats, group chats, survey forms, order forms, etc., and it is still very clear and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to mention one best thing it'd be sharing of information made easiest with Flip. Helps in easy sharing of information amongst employers and workers. Videos and text based imformation makes it more likely to be user-easygoing. Also have access to pre loaded videos topics for discussion.
