GetDocsSigned is an online forms and records platform for small practices. Upload your existing PDFs or describe a form, and it becomes a mobile-friendly form that patients and clients fill out and sign on their phone. For healthcare practices: the Healthcare plan is $199/month per practice and includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), unlimited staff, and form setup. Healthcare forms and submissions, patient records and files, fax, and the physician order and authorization tracker run in a separate environment on HIPAA-eligible AWS services covered by Amazon's BAA. Built for outpatient speech, occupational, and physical therapy practices that need intake paperwork plus a way to track physician order, plan-of-care, and authorization renewals alongside their EHR (such as ClinicSource or Fusion by Ensora Health). Standard plans also include e-signature envelopes with audit trails, payments, and records checklists. Standard plans and e-signature envelopes are not covered by the BAA.
