Aleph allows us to store our historical and prospective financial data in one place as a single source of truth, and it layers AI on top that which has supercharged what we can do as a finance function. The UI isn't always the most intuitive, but the customer support is fantastic and easily bridges that gap. The Aleph team is very communicative and will help solve problems live, even at short notice. It integrates with both upstream and downstream data which adds additional value by allowing us to pull in contextual data to help strengthen the AI pieces. Like any AI, it can take a few minutes to run and refresh integrations but it is not an unreasonable amount of time and you can set up automations to make this easier. Overall, I feel like the ROI is worthwhile for us. We could have built these workflows in house but with it would have been a greater lift for us and the AI component wouldn't be tailored to financial data, which for me is a big selling point. The UI is not super intuitive and the self help walkthroughs for things isn't comprehensive. If no one had shown me how to use the extension, I likely wouldn't have figured out every step correctly on my own. Also, the dashboards could use some extra features but I'm sure these are on the roadmap. It's missing deletion and drag and drop features which would make managing the blocks easier.
