When an internal approver approves the document, the document cannot be edited if the client wants to make any modifications. But it's fairly common that the client wants to make further changes when they receive the document. We will need to create a new version and send the new version to the client. GetAccept reduces some manual processes by sending the document to the viewers and signers automatically based on the order we set up. The design interface is a bit limited in terms of selecting colors, fonts, etcetera. GetAccept is very easy to use and helpful for having good control over documents. It simplifies the process of signing sales contracts digitally, especially beneficial for salespersons. I can write my meanings and save all documents, use video messages to communicate, and have a meeting or project room to manage my meetings and maintain good dialogue with my customers.
