The Deal Room function allows customers to easily follow their journey with us, its great functionalities help them fill in their information in the contract before signing, and I've never encountered a customer that is confused after I send out proposals, contracts, or Deal Rooms, which makes us look professional. I appreciate the templates in GetAccept, which make it easy to handle contracts since I work with a lot of products. I like how GetAccept is integrated with our CRM system, which makes it a lot easier for us to send out contracts. I also like how we can use templates for different types of products and services. I like the trackability and that we can send and push out documents for signature via both email and text message. I enjoy the automatic reminders that are sent out, as they help ensure that documents get signed. It also saves time and makes work easy and mobile, allowing me to update deadlines from the GetAccept app on my phone and send out reminders for unsigned documents. I don't know the different names of the different versions, but I enjoyed the web portal for the last update better than this one. I thought the last one was maybe a little easier, whereas the new one kind of forces you through a few steps. I guess it has to do with GetAccept wanting us to use maybe, like, a video or more information, but you should send it out easy and brief. And then I don't want to go through all these steps every time. Also, there has been some bugs with how much time each person has spent viewing each page. So that could need some improvement. As a sales representative, you're always on the run and need to have easy access to follow up on sales, remind customers, or see where the customer is stuck. I feel like the mobile app could be improved in the point of 'easy'. More like the website where you can see in real-time what page the customer is on, and see individually which customers have spent the most time on specific pages. I would like to be able to download the dealroom in PDF so it is easy for a customer to send it to more colleagues. It is always a hurdle to send a link to a person who doesn't know what it is. Even though we have the option to send an open link, customers still want to avoid clicking on things they are not familiar with. PDF download of the dealroom would create a lower hurdle for the customer to show the material to more people, which could then lead to more people daring to engage more actively in the dealroom.
