Sometimes, the flow gets disconnected if you are a beginner, but it will not trouble once we get hands on it.

Understand how the flows works and limitations for getting your account being reported as spam.

**What problems is Geta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Geta helps our organization to reach out to leads that were earlier considered even as dead, with its ability to send bulk messages with our own chatbot. It also helps us to plan our campaigns in advance allowing us to save time.
